Rajdhani College, Delhi

The Rajdhani College was set up during the year 1964 under the name of the Government College by the Delhi Administration. The Government College was renamed to the Rajdhani College after the Delhi Administration handed over the responsibility of managing the institution to an autonomous governing body. The College has been functioning over 5 decades and is, now, recognized as a center of academic excellence.

Also, the College staff strives for excellence in academic pursuits for developing the students into competitive professionals and responsible citizens of the country.

The College invites applications for courses in varied streams: Science, Social Science, Humanities, and Commerce.

Courses
Aspirants can apply for several courses to the College. These include the Bachelor degree, Bachelor with Honors, Bachelor of Technology, and Master degree ones.

In the undergraduate courses, the institute conducts courses in Commerce, Arts and Science streams. Under postgraduate programs, the aspiring candidates can enrol for courses in Commerce, History, Hindi, and English.

The admission process mandates the College to release the cut-off marks for admitting students in the undergraduate courses. Then, on merit basis, the candidates are granted admissions.

Amenities
The College is committed to the holistic development of the pupils and, thus, offers an array of amenities. The College complex has fully-equipped seminar rooms, auditoriums, and computer laboratories. Besides, the College library is well-stocked with a range of educational resources. Moreover, sports grounds are provided for encouraging students’ participation in a host of sports.

More so, the College organizes several societies for promoting extracurricular and co-curricular activities.

Furthermore, the College has the Central Placement Cell (CPC) that acts as an interface between industry and students. The Cell works to provide placements to the pupils. Also, the students get the opportunity to partake in group discussions, mock interviews, and model tests. In turn, they can enhance their employability skills.
