The Indian Air Force (IAF) has made available the results of the AFCAT (1) 2020 examination on the official website, afcat.cdac.in. On February 22nd and 23rd, the AFCAT (1) 2020 exam was conducted via online mode. The applicants who gave the exam can access their results now.
The Air Force Common Aptitude Test (AFCAT) was held for filling 249 vacancies in various posts. These include Non-Technical, Ground Duty Technical and Flying Branch ones.
AFCAT (1) 2020 Examination Results: How to check?
Here are the steps on how to check the results of the AFCAT 2020 Exam (1) Result.
- Browse the home page of the IAF official website
- Proceed by placing the cursor on the ‘Candidate Login’ and select the AFCAT 01/2020-Cycle option
- The system directs to the login page, continue by furnishing the requisite details such as Username and Password
- View your result and follow by taking a print copy for record purposes
- Applicants are required to select the AFSB Testing Date and Venue details. The scheduled time-table lasts from 1000 hours on March 18, 2020, until 1000 hours on March 23, 2020. After the given deadline, the authorities will allot venues randomly if the aspirants do not choose dates and venues.
AFCAT (1) 2020 Exam: Official Cut-off Marks
As part of AFCAT 2020 (1), the AFCAT Online Exam and Engineering Knowledge Test (EKT) was held. For Non-Technical candidates, the AFCAT Online Exam was held. And both the EKT and AFCAT Online examinations were convened for technical candidates.
The official cut-off marks for AFCAT are 153 out of 300; and for EKT, 40 marks out of 150.
AFCAT (I) 2020 Exam: Eligibility Criteria
The candidates who have secured minimum qualifying marks in the AFCAT 2020 (1) Online Exam will be invited by the IAF to one of the Air Force Selection Boards (AFSB).
The applicants of the Meteorology and NCC Special Entry Branch will receive invitations directly for AFSB Testing and an AFCB center.
