by IMS has a legacy of 40 years, with Prof. Nagesh Raghunath Rane at the helm of affairs. Initially, the IMS Institute was providing coaching programs for Management entrance exams from Mumbai. Later, the Institution started to offer law coaching courses to the law aspirants as well. Also, several other IMS centers were set up across India to cater to the quality coaching needs of India’s youth population. In fact, presently, there are over 95 IMS centers in India. However, the Institute’s Corporate Office is in Mumbai city.
Under law entrance exams, IMS provides Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) coaching programs. By excelling in the CLAT exam, the aspirants can gain admissions in India’s prestigious National Law Universities (NLUs). The NLUs take into account the CLAT scores for admitting students into their law courses.
However, there is a lot of competition to get admissions in the NLUs, thus there is need for the aspiring candidates to take up coaching programs as part of their preparation. For the same, they can enroll in IMS’ law coaching programs.
IMS Institute: CLAT Brisk Program
IMS’ CLAT Brisk program runs for 2 months, having over 120 hours of classroom education. Also, the Institute has class back up videos and concept videos that the pupils can avail. Moreover, there are doubt-clearing sessions for clarifying their doubts about the different subject concepts.
For training the students, IMS conducts mock test sessions, test strategy workshops, and online topic-wise practice tests. Besides, to give sufficient practice to the pupils, there are daily practice tests. Additionally, the pupils are encouraged to solve previous years’ CLAT question papers, so they become well-versed with the test pattern.
Further, there are quizzes on current affairs that are held every fortnight. This helps to inculcate the habit of reading in the pupils; and more importantly, they remain updated on the latest economic developments.
Other than that, the students get periodic detailed feedback on their overall performance. Thus, they can recognize their weak areas and work to improve on them. There are, also, regular parent-teacher meetings that are hosted by the Institute to keep the parents informed about how their child is faring.
