by The Dhirendra Mahila Post Graduate College (DMPGC) was established on 11th December 2002 by the Late Sri Ramashanker Jaiswal to honor the memory of his son, the Late Mr Dhirendra Jaiswal. However, the college started conducting academic sessions from the year 2003 onwards. Furthermore, the DMPGC has been accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).
This girls-only college is located in the Varanasi city of India’s Uttar Pradesh state and bears affiliation to the Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth in Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh. This college aims to educate girls while propelling them to contribute to the nation-building process. Also, the college works to impart education as per the modern education system while being rooted in Indian culture.
The DMPGC offers courses in the fields of Arts, Science, Commerce, Education, and Management.

Among courses that the DMPGC has provisions for are Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), Master of Arts (MA), Master of Commerce (MCom), Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.), and Bachelor of Science (BSc).
Amenities
The DMPGC campus is equipped with an array of infrastructural resources for fueling the overall development of the students. Some facilities that the college campus offers to students include a Science lab, a Digital Language lab, computer centers, shuttle service, hostels, among others. In addition, the college campus contains the Central Library to support students’ learning and meet the teaching needs of its faculty members. Sports facilities and a canteen are other amenities on campus.
