by The Government Degree College at Indupur in Gauribazar in the Deoria district of the Uttar Pradesh state of India was set up in the year 1996. Having an affiliation with the DeenDayalUpadhyaya University in Gorakhpur in UP, the College has undergraduate-level courses in the Arts field.
The College comprises of the following departments: Hindi, English, Sanskrit, Political Science, Ancient History, Geography, Sociology, and Physical Education.
Conforming to the holistic view of education, the College has trained its faculty members to encourage the students to partake in a host of extracurricular activities alongside academics.
Courses
The College conducts the full-time, 3-year, undergraduate-level Bachelor of Arts (BA) course. As part of the BA program, the pupils can specialize in subjects such as History, Political Science, Hindi, English, Sanskrit, and Sociology.
The eligibility norms of the BA course require the aspirants to clear the 10+2 exam from a recognized State/Central board. In addition, they have to secure the minimum qualifying marks as stated by the College.
