Bearing affiliation with the Rajendra Singh (Rajju Bhaiya) State University in Prayagraj, the Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Rajkiya Snatkottar Mahavidyalaya (HNBGPGC) was set up in the year 1993 at Naini in Prayagraj in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. With the aim to provide higher education at affordable costs, the Government of Uttar Pradesh has established the HNBGPGC.
