The Institute of Computer Science and Technology (ICST) was set up in the year 1999 in Varanasi city in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. The ICST is a private college that has the accreditation of the AICTE.
The ICST has different faculties that offer courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. These include Commerce & Banking, Education, Information Technology, Science, and Management.
The ICST faculty members focus on both academics and activities and this is evident from its national and international partnerships, extracurricular activities, and modern infrastructure.
Courses
The ICST has provisions for a variety of courses in different streams. Among courses that the ICST conducts are Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), and Master of Computer Applications (MCA).
To gain admission to the MBA program at the ICST, aspirants are required to secure a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or obtain any equivalent qualification. More so, they have to appear for the UPSEE that the Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow, holds. Based on the applicant’s scores and performance in the different rounds, the college grants admission.
Amenities
The ICST is equipped with a host of infrastructural resources for driving the holistic development of the pupils. Airy classrooms, separate hostels for boys and girls, and recreational rooms are some facilities that the college offers to the students on campus. Other than that, the college provides internet connectivity and medical care. Moreover, the college library has a wide collection of books for reference uses.
