by Ishwar Saran Degree College is a premier constituent college of the University of Allahabad situated in the city of Allahabad in Uttar Pradesh. It came into existence in 1970, and this College has been founded by late Munshi Iswar Saran, a close associate of Mahatma Gandhi.
