by The Janta Vedic College, which started operations from the year 1917 onwards, is located at Baraut, Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh, India. The JVC has affiliation with the ChaudharyCharan Singh University in Meerut. Additionally, this prestigious college has been accredited by both the NAAC and UGC. A registered society, the JatShikshaSabha and its parent body are responsible for the maintenance and management of the College.
Since its inception, the JVC has been offering quality education in the fields of Agriculture, Science, and Arts. Also, over the years, the College has made a contribution to uplifting the community members via economic, social, intellectual, and cultural development.
Presently, the College offers undergraduate courses in 12 specializations and postgraduate programs in 17 subjects. In addition, the JVC promotes research via the PhD courses with 15 specializations.
Besides academic education, the JVC conducts a range of vocational courses too. Some self-financed vocational programs that the College has started offering recently include the ones in the fields of Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, and Industrial Chemistry.

The JVC has courses at UG and PG levels in the disciplines of Arts, Agriculture, and Science.
Among UG programs, the JVC has provisions for courses such as the Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor of Arts (BA), and Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (BSc in Ag).
