by During the year 1968, the Jesus and Mary College was set up and became a constituent college of the esteemed University of Delhi (DU). The Sisters of Jesus and Mary Congregation manage the College; the body was constituted in France during the year 1818.
The College offers higher education in different fields. These include Accounting & Commerce, Business & Management Studies, Humanities & Social Sciences, Teaching & Education, and Science. Both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels and in varied disciplines, the College holds academic programs. Also, the College conducts a range of certificate courses.
Along with classroom sessions, the College conducts workshops, seminars and conferences as part of the education system.

Courses
Under Bachelors courses, candidates can apply for courses in different fields. These include Political Science, Sociology, Hindi, Health Care Management, Retail Management & IT, Psychology, Mathematics, Economics, among others.
The aspirants have to secure the qualifying marks as declared by the College for admission in the undergraduate-level programs. Subsequently, the College authorities grant admission on merit basis to the eligible candidates.

Keeping in mind the pupils’ all-round development, the College has been developed with an array of amenities. The College campus has a computerized library, with an extensive collection of books and journals. Further, the students are provided with gymnasiums, cafeterias, laboratories, among others.
Additionally, the College has a Placement Cell for offering placements to the pupils.
