Netaji Subhas University Of Technology, Delhi

During the year 1983, the Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT) (erstwhile, the Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology) started conducting academic programs in the field of Technology. To meet the rising demand of professionals in the technology domain, NSUT was set up. The Government of NCT of Delhi is responsible for the management of NSUT. Initially, the institution conducted only undergraduate courses and later, began holding postgraduate and doctoral level programs. NSUT has affiliation with the University of Delhi for all the programs conducted.

NSUT provides courses in varied fields. These include social science, humanities, management, social sciences, engineering, technology, among others.

Moreover, the competent NSUT faculty team encourages the pupils to balance academics with extracurricular activities. As such, the holistic development of the students ensues.

Besides, through the years, NSUT has gained recognition in the field of higher technical education, both in India and abroad.

Courses
Under undergraduate-level programs, NSUT offers Bachelor of Technology (BTech) courses. The institute offers admission to candidates for the BTech programs based on their marks in the Joint Entrance Exam Main (JEE Main) that the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducts per year.

Aspiring candidates can apply for Master of Technology (MTech) courses at NSUT as well. The GATE scores and the performance of the applicants are considered by the appointed authorities for admitting pupils to the MTech programs.

Also, NSUT accepts application for the Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) programs.

Amenities
The NSUT campus extends 145 acres of land and is located at Dwarka in New Delhi. The NSUT campus boasts of various flora and fauna varieties too. Also, the students have a host of amenities to avail. These include banks, medical aid, sports centers, among others. Counseling centers and hostels are other available facilities.

Further, the NSUT Library is stocked with a large collection of magazines, newspapers, books, and other titles.
