by The Rajkiya Mahila Snatkottar Mahavidyalaya (RMSM) is traceable to the Banda district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. Set up in the year 1978, the RMSM was accredited with the grade ‘B’ by the NAAC in the year 2006. Also, the College has affiliation with the Bundelkhand University in Jhansi. The RMSM conducts UG and PG courses in the fields of Arts and Science. The College comprises of 2 faculties: the Faculty of Arts and the Faculty of Science.
Also, with the backing of a qualified team of faculty members, the RMSM guides the students for developing them into professionals. More so, the pupils are driven to participate in activities, together with studies, for their holistic development.
Courses
The RMSM conducts 2 courses at the undergraduate level; namely, the Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science(BSc). Among BSc programs, the College offers specializations in Biology and Mathematics.
At the postgraduate level, the Arts faculty of the College offers the Master of Arts course in the fields of Hindi and Sociology.
Campus
The RMSM campus spreads over 2 acres of land and has a range of infrastructural facilities. The various facilities that the pupils can avail on campus are hostels, laboratories, a cafeteria, and sports grounds. Additionally, the College Library contains several books for reference purposes.
Besides academics, the students have to also partake in a host of extracurricular activities that are organized on campus. Workshops, community service projects, seminars, and guest lectures – all are hosted on the College campus at regular intervals.
