by The Savitri Bai Phule Government PG College (SBFGPGC) is traced to Chakiya in Chandauli district of the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. Having been accredited the ‘B’ grade by the NAAC, the SBFGPGC offers programs in the Arts discipline at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
The SBFGPGC has a qualified lot of faculty members who are committed to the holistic development of the students. So, in addition to academics, the staff members encourage the pupils to strike a healthy balance between academics and activities. More so, they focus on developing the communication skills of the students to pave the way for them to become professionals.
Courses
UG Courses
The SBFGPGC has provisions for the undergraduate-level Bachelor of Arts (BA) program. As part of the eligibility norms of this course, the applicant has to pass the Class XII exam from a recognized educational board. More so, they must score the minimum qualifying marks as given by the College.
Under BA courses, the pupils can specialize in a range of subjects. These include Political Science, Hindi, Sociology, Physical Education, Modern History, and Sanskrit.
Among UG courses, the SBFGPGC also conducts the Bachelor of Physical Education course.
PG Courses
The SBFGPGC also offers the Master of Arts course. The various specializations under this program include Sociology, Hindi, Political Science, and History.
Campus
The SBFGPGC campus spans 5 acres of land and offers a variety of academic facilities. The College provides sports hubs for the students to indulge in different sports. Additionally, the SBFGPGC grounds house a library, equipped with several books and educational resources.
Aside from that, the College campus has auditoriums for holding seminars and guest lectures. Advanced IT infrastructure, canteen, and computer laboratories are among other facilities that the College offers the pupils.
