by With conducting academic sessions from the year 1881 onwards, St Stephen’s College (SSC) is counted among one of the oldest institutions in Delhi in India. First, the institute had affiliation with Calcutta University, followed by Punjab University. Then, finally, when the Delhi University was founded during the year 1922, SSC became one of its three constituent colleges. Samuel Scott Allnutt is the founder of SSC, which is a coeducational higher seat of learning and grouped among the best colleges in India. Courses

For admissions in the UG courses, the College considers the applicant’s marks in the qualifying exam, performance in an Aptitude Test, and personal interviews. For PG courses, the eligible candidates are invited for Interview rounds. For Diploma courses’ admissions, the applicants have to give an entrance test.
