Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan which is abbreviated as BSE is a board of education for implementing school education in the state. Headquartered in Ajmer, the board is responsible for promotion and development of secondary education the state. It was set up in the year 1957 and is constituted under the Rajasthan Secondary Education Act 1957.
At present there are more than 6000 schools located in 32 districts of the state involving about 11 lakhs students for secondary as well as senior secondary examination. Besides conducting Secondary and Senior Secondary Examination, board is also responsible for other examinations such as Praveshika Pariksha, Varishtha Upadhayay Parisksha, Science Talent Examination and National Talent Search Examination. The board conducts secondary and senior secondary exams in the month of March and their results are declared in the month of June which they can check online from the official website. Students can also visit Online Result Portal, an online portal that acquaint them with various important information about various universities, polytechnics, boards and colleges so that they can save their precious time and efforts.
