Uttar Pradesh Board UPMSP will release UP 10th Board Result 2024 on April 20, 2024.

Uttar Pradesh Board is one of the biggest examining bodies in the world. The board was set up in the year 1921 at Allahabad and conducts its first examination in the year 1923. From the very beginning the board had adopted 10+2 system of examination. The first public examination is of high school examination or 10th and after the 10+2 stage there is an intermediate examination. Due to large number of students and ever multiplying load of work in successive years, the Board has set up four regional offices at the other important cities like in Meerut, Varanasi, Bareilly and Allahabad. But the head office still remains at Allahabad.

The board conducts 10th and 12th class examinations in the month of March/ April. In the year 2022 more than 52 lakhs students are expected to appear in the board examinations. In the state, few secondary schools are being governed by the Indian Council of School Education (I.C.S.E) and Central Board of Secondary Education (C.B.S.E) but of the schools in the state are affiliated to U.P Board. At present there are 9,121 secondary schools which are recognized by the U.P Board of High School and Intermediate Education.
