by To create a computer-literate society, the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELET) introduced the Course on Computer Concepts (CCC). The NIELET’s official website is http://nielit.gov.in.
During the year 1994, the Government of India appointed the NIELIT. In fact, on the recommendation of the National Task Force on Information Technology and Software Development, the NIELET developed the CCC.
Also, NIELET is an autonomous body that conducts Human Resource Development activities in Information, Electronics, and Computer Technology (IECT) areas.
The Society conducts Information Technology programs at varied levels, with the inclusion of the CCC. All through the year, the CCC course can be enrolled in.
The course equips the incumbents to work on computers. All the same, they receive training for browsing the Internet, checking emails, drafting presentations, and writing letters.
The 2-week intensive CCC course runs for 80 hours. Indeed, there are 50 hours of Practicals, 5 hours of Tutorials, and 25 hours of Theory.
CCC Exam Pattern
The CCC online-based exam has a total of 100 questions that are objective. The candidates get 1 hour to answer the question paper.
Also, for every right answer, 1 mark is awarded. And there is no negative marking system.
To pass the CCC exam, the candidate has to secure a minimum 50% marks. Only then, they are eligible for the CCC Certificate.
After 15 days from the exam, the NIELET declares the exam results. The incumbents can access their results by browsing the NIELET official site and, then, downloading their respective results. However, they have to enter basic details before they can download their results.
More so, the successful candidates can download the CCC Certificate after they receive intimation about uploading of the certificates.
