Under UG programs, the SPA offers the 5-year B. Arch and 4-year B. Planning courses. Candidates can apply online for the UG courses at SPA. The admissions are conducted via the JEE Main examination.
In the line of PG courses, aspirants can enroll for courses including the M. Planning, M. Arch, MBEM, and M. Design ones. To apply for the PG courses at SPA, the applicants should submit offline applications. On a merit basis, they are given admission into the PG programs. Any candidate who secures a Graduation degree in a relevant stream can apply for the PG courses.

He/she has to secure a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Class XII or equivalent examination.
They should have studied PCM subjects as the main subjects in Class XII.
Even applicants who have qualified for the 10+3 Diploma course along with Maths as the main subject are invited to apply. However, they should have secured at least 50% marks in the Diploma program to be eligible.
The aspirant has to appear for the JEE Main exam.
Selection Criteria
As part of the admissions into the BArch and BPlanning courses that SPA conducts, the authorities will consider the marks scored by the candidate in the JEE Main exam. Only those candidates who qualify for the JEE Main exam are invited to partake in the counseling rounds.

The first step is to register on the site by selecting the ‘Apply for JEE Main link’ that is displayed under the ‘New Candidate Registration’ tab
Follow by entering your personal information and education details
Proceed by submitting the application form
Make a note of the application number that the system generates
Upload the required documents
Continue by making online payment of the Application Fee via the acceptable payment modes
The SPA authorities also accept payment via e-challan. For the same, the candidate has to download the E-challan from the website after they submit their applications online. The E-challan along with the application fee has to be deposited at the stipulated branches of specified banks.
Keep a print copy of the application form after submitting your application for record purposes.
