Kerala ITI Admit Card 2024: Steps to Download

In India’s Kerala state, the Directorate General of Employment & Training (DET) is the supervising body for admissions in the several Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs). Through the ITI courses, the applicants are provided technical training for varied engineering and non-engineering trades.

Keep in mind that the different ITI programs differ in eligibility criteria; thus, the candidates must check the norms and apply accordingly. Usually, the aspirants are required to pass their 10th or 12 standards to be eligible. Also, they must be over 14 years of age and permanent residents of Kerala.

To apply, the applicants have to visit the official website, https://det.kerala.gov.in/index.php. Here, they must fill in the required fields in the online application form. Also, they must upload the required documents and pay the application fee.

Post the deadline for the receipt of applications, the ITI authorities will release a merit list that is prepared after taking into consideration the scores of the applicants in the higher secondary and senior secondary exams. The candidates who appear on the merit list are invited for the counselling sessions where their original documents are verified. Depending on the overall profile of the aspirants and their choice of colleges, they are given admissions in the respective state-based ITI centres.
