LIC Assistant Main Result 2019 Declared

The Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) of India has announced the results of the LIC Assistant Main Exam 2019 on their official website, https://www.licindia.in/. The applicants who gave the LIC Main Examination that was held on December 22, 2019, can check their results division-wise by browsing the official website. As part of the LIC Assistant Recruitment process, over 8000 vacancies have been declared throughout the country. The empanelment list will be valid for maximum 2 years from the date of announcement or until the declaration of the next recruitment notification, whichever occurs earlier. The candidates whose names have appeared in the empanelment list will be considered for permanent vacancies after the filling of vacancies from the main ranking list and whenever the need arises until the validity period. An important point to note is that the candidates who have appeared in the empanelled list will not accrue any rights of permanent employment. To qualify for the exam, the candidate has to secure minimum qualifying marks individually in each section. Also, they have to obtain the minimum aggregate qualifying marks for selection. For selection, the shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview. Then, the authorities will evaluate their performance in the written exam and interview. The Board will, also, notify them regarding the dates of the interview and other important details shortly after the announcement of results.
