by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has announced the results of the Company Secretary (CS) foundation program examination for the December 2021 session. Aspirants are advised to visit the official website of the ICSI, icsi.edu, for accessing their results.
The ICSI had conducted the ICSI CS Foundation exam on the dates 3rd and 4th January 2022. This examination was held in online mode and via remote monitoring.
The scorecard of the candidates contains the results with the break-up of marks subject-wise. The ICSI will not furnish the physical copies of the results-and-marks statement to the applicants. You have to check and download your results via the official website only. In case of any doubts or discrepancies, applicants must contact the stipulated ICSI authorities.

- Browse the official website of the ICSI, icsi.edu.
- As the next step, you have to click the “Declaration-of-Result-of-CS-Foundation-Programme-Examination-December-2021 session” tab on the home page.
- Proceed by entering your login details – including Foundation Roll Number and Date of Birth.
- Your results will then be viewable on the screen.
- Follow by taking a print copy to keep for your records.
