The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) will be releasing the results of the Maharashtra Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination in May 2023. The Maharashtra Board held the Class 12 theory exams from 21 February to 19 March 2024.
Candidates can check their Maharashtra HSC Result 2024 via the official portal of the Maharashtra State Board, mahresult.nic.in. They have to enter their login details such as Roll Number and Mother’s Name to access their results online.
To be declared Pass in the Maharashtra HSC Result 2023, students have to score at least 35% marks. If a student wants to apply for verification of their exam papers, they can do so via the official portal. As part of the verification process, the Board rechecks the totaling of marks.
Students also have the option of applying for revaluation of their HSC exam papers if they are not satisfied with their marks. They are allowed to apply for revaluation for a maximum of 6 papers.
The Maharashtra Board also holds Supplementary Exams for students that fail in 1 subject or more. Only those students who fail in 1 or more subjects in the Class 12 exams can apply and appear for the Supplementary Exams. The Maharashtra Board will conduct the HSC Supplementary Exams in June 2024 and declare the results in July 2024.
