The Ganeshi Lal Aggarwal (GLA) University is based at Mathura city in India’s state of Uttar Pradesh and started functioning during the year 2010. The GLA University is known to be a private one, having the accreditation of India’s statutory bodies – including the University Grants Commission and the All India Council for Technical Education. The University’s founder is Shri Narayan Das Agrawal who has named the GLA University after his Late Shri Ganeshi Lal Agrawal. During the year 1991, the Sri Jagannath Prasad Ganeshi Lal Bajaj Charitable Trust Samiti was formed and since then, has sponsored the GLA Group of Institutions that were integrated to become the GLA University.
