The Ras Bihari Bose Subharti University (RBBSU) was instituted in the year 2017 after being sanctioned by the Government of Uttarakhand and is located at Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. RBBSU is sponsored by the Dr. Jagat Narain Subharti Charitable Trust that was set up in the year 2011 at Dehradun and since inception, garnered repute in the field of education and welfare activities. The University was the vision of Dr. Atul Krishna who is a renowned surgeon, philanthropist, and social reformer.
