The Shree Guru Gobind Singh Tricentenary University (more commonly referred to as SGT University) is situated at Badhera in Gurgaon district in the Indian state of Haryana. During the year 2013, the University was approved by the Government of Haryana, following which the center commenced operations. The SGT University’s official website is https://sgtuniversity.ac.in/.
The Dashmesh Educational Charitable Trust is the managing body of the SGT University. The Society started functioning from the year 1999 onwards with the objective of spreading the message (that is “the spread of learning is the best service to mankind”) of the renowned social reformer and philosopher, Shree Guru Gobind Singh Ji. Moreover, the University’s motto is “Nurturing Future Leaders”. Keeping in mind the dynamic nature of the corporate world, the University strives to develop the skills of the pupils for bridging the skill gap in industries.
The University offers an array of courses from undergraduate to doctoral levels in various disciplines: Medical Sciences, Law, Hotel Management, Agriculture, Commerce, Nursing, Education, and Mass Communication- to list a few.
The SGT University campus has been built over 70 acres of land and contains lush green gardens that provide an environment conducive for teaching and learning. Besides, the center offers a range of amenities including medical aid, sports areas, eating joints, convenience store, transportation facility, and well-equipped library.
For the students’ self-development, the University organizes regular excursion trips to complement the academic sessions. Additionally, the teachers are trained to adopt various teaching models because no single approach is deemed suitable for all situations by the University.
The University, also, has a Placement Cell to address the manpower needs of corporate houses. The Cell’s duties include providing the counseling services and placement opportunities to make the students industry-ready upon course completion.

SGT University Result
SGT University, located at Gurugram in India’s Haryana state, uploads the exam results of its different academic programs on its official portal, https://sgtuniversity.ac.in/. Any candidate who appears for the semester / annual exams at the University should check their results by visiting the official website. They are also required to visit the University portal regularly to know when the examination results will be declared.
Once the SGT University releases the exam results, you must go to its official website and tap the “Examination” tab. Proceed by selecting the “Results” tab from the drop-down menu that appears. Follow the system instructions, after which the results are viewable on the screen. Always maintain a print copy of your SGT University exam result for your records.
The SGT University conducts courses through its different faculties. These include the Faculty of Education, Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Nursing, Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, Faculty of Science, Faculty of Fashion & Design, Faculty of Hotel & Tourism Management, among others.
