The Jagdish Jhabarmal Tibrewala University (JJTU) was founded in the year 2009 and is recognized as a private, multi-disciplinary, self-financed, and research-driven educational institution. JJTU’s campus is traced to Jhunjhunu in the Indian state of Rajasthan. With the objective of catering to the higher education needs of the residents of the remote Shekhawati region in Rajasthan, the University was established. JJTU’s managing body is the Shri Rajasthani Seva Sangh that is registered as a Public Charitable Trust and has been operating since the past 5 decades as an education provider from Andheri, Mumbai, India. The Sangh was established by the Late Shri Shriniwas Bagarka. However, the University’s founder is the Sangh’s former President, Shri Jagdishprasad Jhabarmal Tibrewala; also, the center has been named after him.

JJTU conducts a range of undergraduate and postgraduate academic programs in the many disciplines of Applied Sciences, Information Technology, Commerce, Architecture, Management, Engineering, and Law.

The University campus has been built on over 30 acres of land and is complemented with a wide range of educational facilities such as Wi-Fi connectivity, library, lecture theaters, banks, sports arenas, laboratories, clinics, auditoriums, seminar rooms, hostels, and shuttle service. Also, the required security measures are taken for ensuring safety in the premises.

Besides, to induce a sense of corporate social responsibility in the pupils, they are given opportunities to partake in several community welfare programs such as donation camps and tree plantation drives. Additionally, through the University’s placement cell, the students can benefit from employment opportunities and participate in the country’s development.
